Q. I'm worried about inputting my credit card details online, how can I trust Pad-Up?A. Some of our customers were reluctant to purchase over the Internet. Pad-up.com don't process payments, indeed we cannot touch the remittance until a freeze period of 5 weeks (WorldPay) or 1 week (PayPal) has elapsed. Worldpay handle the majority of our payments by redirecting you off the Internet to a secure channel and using secure sockets layer (SSL) the payment is processed - see for more information. PayPal is prefered by many of our clients (35%) and is also very secure - see for more information.

Q. When will I receive my order?
A.  We quote delivery times of 5-10 working days. However, on average it takes 2-5 days.

A. Polyurethane.

A. Yes they are.
