The New Spar Master range of Freestanding Bags from Black Eagle (NOT CENTURY)
Designed for sparring alone, to develop Hand and Foot techniques. The target area is a vinyl covered EVA foam to absorb impact, yet provide superb feedback during training.
Simply fill the base with water or sand to provide a rock solid standing bag you can really hit!
